Shipping & Delivery
All of our items are available for pickup in Sagle, Idaho or delivered to your location. Freight Charges will apply in either instance. Local Sagle/Sandpoint-area delivery is available for a fee in addition to the freight charge. Shipping/Delivery rates will vary depending on the items ordered and the delivery address. In some cases we are able to drop-ship your item(s) directly from the manufacturer. Once you place your order, we will contact you to confirm your delivery requirements and provide you with a freight quote. Once you have approved the freight costs, we will invoice you for payment of your order.
Freight Charges
Freight charges are the rates we are charged by the manufacturer and/or distributor to ship an item from the factory to any location--including our location in Sagle, Idaho. We do not include freight charges in our web site prices because we ship items to many different states, and thus the freight charges are often different for individual customers. We do not "mark up" the freight charges--but it does cost something to move an item that may weigh several hundred pounds from one part of the country to another.
Ordering
Ordering is as simple as adding your desired item(s) to your shopping cart. Once you have selected the item(s) you want, you may proceed to check-out online. From the shopping cart page, you may also obtain a freight quote before actually placing your order.
Payment & Pricing
In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we generally keep a very low inventory, and instead order most items from our distributors when you place your order. This usually means 1-2 weeks for delivery. Please or call 208-265-0415 for current availability on any item. Every effort is made to ensure accuracy and product information, but Idaho Implement is not liable for any misinformation. Orders may be canceled and refunds issued at the sole discretion of Idaho Implement.
Viewing Orders
When placing an order, you will be given the option to create an account with Idaho Implement. Creating an account will speed the checkout process in the future because your account information will be saved (for security purposes, we do not save any credit card information). After creating an account, you may login with your username and password to view/update your account details, and also view your current and previous orders.

Returns & Replacements
All sales are final. Due to our extremely low margins and the nature of the equipment being sold, we do not accept any returns on merchandise. We will be happy to answer any questions you may have prior to your purchase to help ensure that you will be completely satisfied.
